Chris and Helene Creel are the visionary founders of Vision Inspired LLC; a leadership, communication, and organizational development firm built on purpose and transformation. Together, they bring a rare blend of global perspective and strategic insight to every client they serve.
Their journey began long before Vision Inspired LLC existed. Through years of coaching, mentoring, and leading in diverse environments, Chris and Helene witnessed the same struggles repeating themselves across industries: unclear goals, weak communication, reactive leadership, and teams operating without alignment or purpose. They felt called to build a firm that would change that; a firm that helps people lead with intention and organizations operate with excellence.
Helene’s background spans healthcare operations, credentialing, and human resources, where she became known for her ability to create safe, empowering spaces for people to grow. Chris brings a powerful combination of strategic thinking, brand architecture, and transformational communication; helping leaders clarify their message, elevate their presence, and execute with confidence. Together, they form a dynamic partnership rooted in integrity, service, and a deep belief in human potential.
